We
reserve the right to refuse service to any person(s) we judge as
suspicious or inappropriate. Once a service date has been mutually
agreed upon we will reserve that date as booked for ten days from
the date of agreement. Within this period we'll need to
receive a non-refundable deposit of 50% of price agreed
upon (industry standard) along with the signed and completed contract listed below to retain
booking. Remember, we are committed to doing our part in making your
party the absolute best it can be and we ask only that you
are sincere with us also. If deposit has not been received
within the specified period then party date becomes un-booked and
freely open to others.
After
receipt of deposit we will send customer a contract that is subject to the laws
of North
Carolina.
This contract is 100% legal and
binding and protects both parties to fully comply with the agreement
within. When doing business with any public service we STRONGLY urge
you to ALWAYS insist on a contract. If you find another service
that doesn't follow this same policy ... use caution, they may
not be as committed as you. Without a contract you would have nothing to
keep them commited to your event should an
opportunity come along between now and your party date for them
to make more money. We ALWAYS stand behind our contract.
To help ease the process
we'd like to suggest that after you download the contract you
then copy/paste contract to a document in word. Then you
can paste signature (if you have a scanned signature saved to your
computer) and complete price-venue info as needed
to return in an email to soundsunlimitedd@hotmail.com
as an attachment.
